How to Place Embroidery Digitizing or Vector Art Order

• Step 1

  Register your account by clicking Signup option.
  
  Enter your details & you’ll receive your account details via email.
  
  Get details of account at email & login into your account from login option.

• Step 2

  Upload your artwork.
  
  You can also mention us your order is urgent or not.
  
  Provide us design details and any additional instructions.

• Step 3

  Rush orders are completed within 2–4 hours maximum.
  
  In the processing time, if you want any changes you can inform us.
  
  Standard orders are completed within 6–12 hours maximum.

• Step 4

  Check your order & approve our work.
  
  If you want any minor editing you can inform us.
  
  We finalize your jobs and give quality assurance as well.

• Step 5

  New customers may pay by card through their account or via PayPal or another payment link before work begins.
  
  If pre-payment is not preferred, we send a JPG proof for approval; payment is required before final files are released.
  
  Patch orders require 50% in advance and the remaining 50% before shipping. Full payment is also accepted for patches and apparel.
